Overview As a Senior Application Developer, you will be responsible for participating in the planning, development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications and the functional areas of package. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Responsibilities Work with the Project Managers, Senior Developers in other areas and Business Stakeholders to understand the processes, workflows and requirements Communicate capabilities/possibilities within applications. Meet business requirements and objectives by developing and implementing modification and/or configuration changes. Customize application functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process design. Adheres to application standards by maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of best practices. Participate in design, development and testing of new features based on the requirements provided by the customers or internal specifications. Also, work with the team on design and code review sessions for the new features that are being implemented Responsible for identifying, troubleshooting issues/problems and debugging the ABAP code in addition to the maintenance of the existing systems. This includes participation in on-call rotation and projects that are conducted between 6pm and 8am weekdays, any time of day on Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies. Qualifications 7 years of experience with SAP MM/WM modules or other applicable applications Solid understanding of SAP data model in MM/WM and how SD and FI modules interact with MM/WM module. At least 5 years of experience developing and supporting enterprise business applications or equivalent academic background Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field with coursework in technology-related subjects An understanding of the SAP implementation methodology is a must SAP certification in MM/WM area is a preferred Experience with End to End SAP implementations is a plus Experience with EWM and ABAP development is a plus An understanding of the software development lifecycles, planning and implementation Ability to travel up to 20% Familiarity with SAP architecture Experience in the sales and marketing aspects of the distribution industry, a plus Experience with SAP Data Services and Fiori is a plus

$100K -- $150K
