Job Title:
System Engineer II - Min of 3 years of experience is needed - no more than 7.
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearanceWill need to pass a CJIS BG - MSI will run it.
Must have a degree (BS or MS) in a technical field:
Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Wireless Engineering, Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, and/or Computer/Management Information SystemsNeed to Travel Up to 50% of the time within the US is expected - Need people that are willing to travel during this timeExperience in the following is preferred:
Experiences in both Wireless and Networking is desired.
Coverage mapping is a plusAt least 3 years of RF System Engineering or Wireless Communications experience.
No one seniorExperience in Wireless system design, deployment, and testing.
Wireless refers to commercial cellular systems (ex:
Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc.
) and private Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems for Public Safety agencies and federal organizations (ex:
Police, Fire, FEMA, etc.
).
Experience in writing Survey Reports, Design Proposals, and System Test Plans.
Presenting system design information to customers and other project stakeholders in large group (10-20 people) settings.
Experience performing site surveys to evaluate space, power, connectivity, and grounding requirements for rack equipment, antenna locations, and cable runs.
Experience creating detailed equipment lists to support design proposals and final design equipment ordersSubscriber (radio code-plug) programming is a PlusExperiences with Microsoft applications:
Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc.
Experiences with Google applications:
Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.
Creating detailed system drawings (Block diagrams, Floor Plans, Antenna System diagrams, Rack diagrams, etc.
) using Visio, Power Point, or AutoCAD.
(If they have samples would be great)Creating Link Budgets is a PlusUnderstanding of Frequency analysis and spectrum concepts (ie, Inter-mod, co-channel, PIM, VHF, UHF, 7/800MHz, etc.
).
Understanding of antenna types (Omni, Panel, Yagi, Dipole, etc.
).
Understanding of coverage design concepts and generating coverage maps.
Experience (or good understanding) of basic IP networking concepts (Ethernet, TCP/IP, L2/L3, Subnets, etc.
).
Work Schedule:
9am-5pm EST - work is expected beyond these hours to support customers and meet milestones.
Training duration:
1 monthSoft skills needed - Excellent Presentation and ability to engage customersExcellent written and verbal skills - Work with little to no supervision - use to deadlines - working with in a team setting - attention to detail - Knowing when to schedule meeting accordinglyExperiences in both Wireless and Networking is desired.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
