Community Engagement Coordinator/Bilingual (Mandarin/English)MCMI is responsible for managing Maryland Physician Care's (MPC) statewide provider network of hospitals and physicians.
Maryland Physicians Care has been providing services to the HealthChoice Medicaid populations since 2006 and is proud to be celebrating its 25th anniversary.
With over 230,000 members, MPC consistently has been one of the third largest managed care organizations in MD.
In order to provide and maintain a safe work environment and healthy workforce, MCMI requires COVID-19 vaccinations of all employees.
All incumbents must provide proof of full vaccination upon hire.
Summary:
A' This position is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and timely oversight of case plans for members with special needs.
The incumbent is responsible for managing the special needs population and the case management process as defined by improving coordination, continuity, accessibility and appropriate utilization of health care services and community resources for high risk and special needs members.
A' Serves as the primary lead for state-wide maternal/child health programs collaborating with various external agencies and providers committed to improving outcomes for the Medicaid population; provides assistance to vendor agencies participating in the grant programs and facilitate implementation throughout the state; and monitors monthly care plans for members enrolled in programs and submission of data to governing agency quarterlyA'.

A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Registered Nurse with current state license, Social Worker, or candidate with three years direct experience in Public Health, Home Health or Community Health providing services to clients within the home setting.
A' Must have experience helping members using community agencies.

A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' 2 years managed care experience preferredA'.
A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Registered Nurse with BSN preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
