This position is responsible for supporting all mechanical systems throughout the facility including plant's mechanic room, mixing operations, and packaging operations.
This position will proactively solve problems, improve efficiencies, and equip the manufacturing departments with the tools required to produce new products.

Oversee the maintenance department's daily functions including scheduling projects.
Source equipment and processes that fall within the specifications and budget guidelines of the company.
Select appropriate vendors, with assistance from the Plant Manager.
Provide technical direction for the site including SOPs and training programs.
Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
Design products or systems such as instruments, controls, robots, engines, machines, and mechanical, thermal, hydraulic, or heat transfer systems.
Plan and direct engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems.
Direct and coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment; direct and coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
Design products and systems to interface machines, hardware, and software.
Evaluate field installations and recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
Design mechanical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
Develop applications of controls, instruments, and systems for new commercial, domestic, and industrial uses.
Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
Complete work in Mechanical Room containing systems under high pressure and temperature.
Assist maintenance in resolving production line issues.
QualificationsB.
S.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field is required.
3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment (cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food/beverage preferred).
Must have working knowledge of Quality Systems, cGMP, ISO 9000 and GDA regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; prior experience writing training manuals, SOPs, validations, IQ, OQ, PQ is a plus.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principals and organization a plusComputer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel are necessary; Access, Project and AutoCAD are preferred.
Must be self-motivated and able to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organization, follow-up, and problem solving are required.
Experience in obtaining quotes and purchasing equipment, including factory acceptance tests.
Water purification experience preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
