Healthcare Client Implementation Coordinator (Remote)
Piper Clinical Solutions is seeking motivated professionals for a Remote Healthcare Client Implementation Coordinator opportunity with a national Health Insurance Organization.
The Healthcare Client Implementation Coordinator will support client implementation operations through coordination of intradepartmental work efforts and project management to ensure the successful meeting of client expectations and requirements of each individual partnership.
Responsibilities for the Healthcare Client Implementation Coordinator:
Manage the end-to-end client implementation process working with external client contacts and internal Sales and Client Management teams to understand defined customer needs and implement insurance care programs that meet customer requirements Develop and manage plans for the implementation of insurance care programs including the establishment of timelines and documentation pertaining to the implementation process Communicate with client contacts and internal teams to identify relevant data and requirements to appropriately document requests and ensure quality implementation distributions and communication to internal business units for successful project implementation completion Work closely with internal operations teams including IT, Claims Processing Quality Assurance & Documentation, Member Services, and Revenue Cycle Management to ensure implementation timelines and objectives are met Provide performance-related feedback to business units to ensure timely and quality service is delivered Partner with leadership teams to recommend implementation strategies and develop procedures for continued improvement Qualifications for the Healthcare Client Implementation Coordinator:
