DescriptionApplies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases:
Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement.
Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:
(U) Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal; (U) Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement; (U) Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management;(U) A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.
OR(U) A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area).
OR(U) A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
OR(U) A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
(U) Note 1 - Examples of Qualified engineering fields include:
Aeronautics, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Mechanical, Nuclear, Software, Systems, and Engineering Management.
(U) Note 2 - Examples of related disciplines include:
Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics.
RequirementsThe TKO program is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with compliance experience to server as the System Certification POC in support of the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO.
The successful candidate will be have experience working with both SSP and software compliance.
Knowledge of the P763 certification process is important.
Knowledge of KNIGHTSUPREME and ROCKBLASTER is important.
The preferred candidate will also function as a backup ISSO.
Therefore, knowledge of XACTA, LATTEART and GATEKEEPER is very useful.
The successful candidate will have experience with FISA compliance requirements and be able to provide recommendations to software development teams and will have/build relationships with the compliance office on behalf of the Branch.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
