We are a nationwide company with over 200 locations teaching more than 20,000 students every week to help save lives! REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOMER SPECIALISTS The Customer Specialist, known as a Deck Ambassador works poolside at our swim school.
This position plays a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience.
This position is out of the water and you do not need to know how to swim to be considered.
You need to be able to work on your feet, greeting and interacting with our families throughout your shift (generally 4-5 hours) You've got to love working with children and seeing them progress You need to be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work.
Having fun is mandatory! We have flexible schedules and four locations we teach out of.
In addition to weekday shifts we also have weekend mornings (Saturday & Sunday) from approximately 9:
00am-1pm and 10:
00am-2:
00pm Weekday shifts start between 3:
00pm- 4:
00pm and go to the early/mid evening (7p-8p) You need to be able to reliably commute to one of our four locations in the Linthicum Heights/Hanover area and/or the Severn or Lansdowne/ Halethorpe areas TYPICAL DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Setting up and breaking down the pool deck area before and after each shift.
