Anti Tamper System Engineer

Path Technologies is looking to add a Senior Anti-Tamper Engineer to support our client in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. Active Secret clearance, or higher, is required. We are working directly with the hiring manager. She leads a team of about 10 engineers and is part of a larger AT organization of approximately 40+ people. This position works across multiple programs and efforts from small to huge. The initial scope of work is expected to be 6-9 months. However it is very likely to extend. Additionally, if the individual in this position delivers outstanding work they will be considered for direct hire.
The work is onsite. There may be as much as 25% CONUS travel.
General Description of work:
Conduct AT Studies in accordance with Government and internal processes.
Define AT and system architectures.
Derive and document AT requirements for systems.
Prepare and present briefings to internal programs and customers.
Write AT Plans.
Prepare briefings for approvals by Government AT agencies such as the Tri-Service Committee, Red Team, and ATEA to obtain AT approvals for US-deployed and exported military systems.
Prepare briefings and reports for approvals by the Government AT V&V Team.
Apply Reverse Engineering expertise to architect and validate AT solutions.
Stay abreast of and participate in strategic planning of AT technology development.
Specific examples of potential work:
Critical Program Information (CPI) identification.
Secure processors.
Attack tree analysis.
Vulnerability and threat analysis.
Development of AT Annex and Verification & Validation plan documentation.
DODI 5200.39.
Interfacing with Air Force and Navy customers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
