Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative for our Linthicum, MD location:
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Grow sales for infrastructure customers within assigned region(s) or market segments to achieve budgeted sales and margin objectives.
Pursue new contracts to maximize profitable sales growth.
Primary measurements include: sales growth, new account development, functional and business integration, operating knowledge of customers and strategy development. Other duties as assigned.
Focus on Supply Chain Services offering to End User and OEM customers in assigned territory
Engage municipal & industrial accounts to include, but not limited to, large scale Data Centers & Networks, Electric Utilities, Water & Wastewater, and Building Automation / HVAC markets
Increase active territory customers
Increase in SKU's to respective territory customers
Increase digital users within territory
Work closely with Territory Support Team to create two points of contact for all territory accounts
Engage Rexel resources as they relate to Power Distribution, Lighting, Power Control, Automation, Components, Process, Networking, Core Electrical and Complementary Technical solutions to create avenue for capturing CapEx spend.
Access, identify and elevate accounts requiring weekly presence to achieve accelerated growth to sales management for movement to assigned account.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Ability to present to executive level resources at key customers
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Commitment to quality and strong customer focus.
Ability to travel in assigned territory.
Computer literate including web, social media, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Two year technical degree, or equivalent industry experience
Industrial Electrical Sales or Leadership Experience.
ISA, IEEE, or NAPE membership a plus
Interpersonal skills to develop long term relationship; Ability to cold call potential clients

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
