POSITION SUMMARY
To manage and maximize service and retention efforts with assigned clients to achieve disciplined and profitable growth and retention. This will be accomplished through the development of strong relationships, proactive actions, achievement of operation goals, while maximizing efficiencies.
Fundamental Components:
Acts as the single point of contact for assigned clients representing Service Operations -Proactively manages operation performance for assigned clients identifying service issues, solutions and leads the resolution across all areas within the operation organization. -Spends time face to face with Clients when appropriate and necessary professionally representing Operations and our value proposition. -Provides subject matter expertise in the communication and planning of the "Operations Story" among key stakeholders that ultimately results in the delivery of a successful finalist presentation for new or existing customers. -Collaborates internally to achieve desired outcomes. -Mentors and provides subject matter expertise as needed. -Participates in special projects as needed.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
3-5 years client service or account management experience.
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
