HR Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Support high volume changes on employee, position, and organizational data via creation and loading of Enterprise Interface Builder s.
  • Maintain Organizational Hierarchy in Workday including the creation and updates to Supervisory Organizations
  • Assist in the review and testing of Workday system upgrades and/or new functionality.
  • Serve as an HR data expert on projects focused on implementing new HR systems or enhancing existing systems
  • Assist with testing of integration updates and enhancements
  • Act as an additional resource for the Data Management team processing transactional employee life cycle data requests when needed
  • Conduct data audits to ensure data alignment between systems and to identify processing or integration anomalies

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst role
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems including Workday (required) and SAP (preferred)
  • Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations
  • Excellent working knowledge of data management best practices and standards
  • Understanding of core HR processes and HR management practices
  • High proficiency level in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
